We have continuously grown our diverse customer base by delivering strategic solutions for the design, implementation and support of their entire material handling system. And to consistently satisfy existing and new customers, we operate four fully-staffed offices with over 130 employees in Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi.

As the exclusive representative for The Raymond Corporation and its products in our area, we also pride ourselves on our ability to consistently provide parts and service support that exceeds our customer’s expectations. We have the largest inventory of Raymond parts in the Mid-South and over 60 Raymond Certified technicians on staff. We maintain an average on-site time for our service technicians of well below four hours from the initial request.

Our extensive experience in material handling has taught us that total customer satisfaction is the only acceptable outcome, and the main reason we’ve been so successful at building long-term business relationships.
